Mark in the Sand
Am I leaving a mark in the sand? When I leave this earth, do I leave any echo behind or was I just passing like a whisper, a slight breeze in the air? I didn't have the chance to be a caring daughter having lost my mother so young, didn't have the privilege to know my father, my sister doesn't allow me to be a loving sibling, my husband is independent and doesn't let me in, I have chosen not to have children. So I fly through life leaving only a murmur behind and watch all the marks in the sand wishing I would have been able to leave some as well!

Good Intentions !!
Begin somewhere. You cannot build a reputation on what you intend to do
Elizabeth Smith
How often are we thinking about doing things, planning them and then they fizzle out, we are side tracked and nothing is happening. And then we wonder that nothing is changing. Why would it? Only be "doing" do we invite change. First we dream, then we open ourselves and let inspiration and energy flow through us. The right action will transpire and if we take the opportunity to "do" with "inspired action" the outcome can only be to our liking. And then we'll do it all over again. It is the journey, not the result!

We Are All Connected
"You have more harmony points with every person on the planet than you have disharmony points, because there is much more of you that is in harmony with your Core than you realize or that most of you allow. The closer you come to being in harmony with your Source Energy, the more in harmony you are with each other. When you think about other people and what they think of you, do you understand that what they think of you has very little to do with what you are? It has mostly to do with the habits of thought that they have developed. It has more to do with them as thinkers than it does with you as the subject of their thought. If nothing is more important to you than that you feel good, you can form a fantasy about someone who is in your life and they will begin to modify to meet your fantasy, because Law of Attraction is a very powerful thing."

My Reflections:
This is so powerful and imagine what it do to our relationships and how we could function in this world. Seeing others in that light would allow us to love them more, understand them better and to allow them to live their life and destiny. I remember the teachings of Krishnamurti, when he told us that everything we do not like in others is present in ourselves. A hard concept to accept! But a very powerful way to love others more and allow them to be themselves and to travel their journey!

The Laws of the Universe
The Abraham teachings are so simple and yet so complex. Every day in my life I am intending to live these principles, they are very true for me and in harmony with my whole being. I have a long way to go but every step I take makes me feel better, more centered and I know that I am getting closer to the purpose of why I came here.

Our Beloved Pets

Dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole
Roger Caras
Every day my heart is filled with love, joy and gratitude having the privilege to live with our little yorkie "Mignonne". Looking in her beautiful big eyes I see the wisdom of ages, unconditional love and serenity and well being. When she is sad, she looks up and tells me that nothing is important enough to be displeased, that we live to feel joy and love. She smiles at me and my heart leaps and I take her into my arms and hope she will be with me forever. Yes, she makes my life complete.

Seek Joy in Life

"When you take the problems of the world on your shoulders, your body doesn’t feel good. It’s just that simple. Leave the problems of the world to the individual problem-makers of the world, and you be the joy-seeker that you are."
©1997-2009 Abraham-Hicks Publications.
Simply said but so difficult to apply. Isn't our first tendency to jump in, to voice our opinion, to form alliances, to criticize, to blame, to know better .... our ego in full bloom! A thought: next time when it happens, step back, take a deep breath and look around you and be grateful for what you see. The beautiful majestic mountains, the breeze on your face, the sun's warming rays on your skin ... being alive!

Our Choices
In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our responsibility
Eleanor Roosevelt
That's what we call "free will" and "free choice". We are the creators of our realities, of our lives. No one kills our dreams but ourselves. We are the captain of our ship, we steer it any way we want, into calm or troubled waters, at slow or high speed or we decide to just let it drift. Whatever is our decision, it is ours. So there is no one to blame. It is just a decision we made and we can make a different one at this moment and our ship sails again, into waters of of our choice and headed for a destination of our dreams. So what are we waiting for?

Enthusiasm, the key to a joyful life
"Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul"
Samuel Ullman
What a wise and deep observation and how true! Life without enthusiasm is like being paralyzed or dead. There is no life without feelings, desires and dreams. They keep us young, the keep us vibrating and they make us grow! It is not important that feelings get hurt, desires vanish and dreams do not come true. The important thing is that we keep on feeling, desiring and dreaming and that we maintain the enthusiasm for life. Sometimes it is hard to keep that smile and energy going, but how rewarding when we go on and feel that we can fly again, that we have embraced life and life has embraced us!
